Model description MMCU-810Hc is the microcomputer protection and monitoring device, the structural type of the MMCU-810Hc series protection is Hc. 2. Scope of application MMCU-810Hc microcomputer protection and monitoring device is suitable for below 110 kV voltage class of auxiliary power system and transformer substation. It is a new generation of measurement and control device, that is draw lessons from the past of the similar product r&d and field operation experience for many years by our company, adopted the latest technology of home and abroad, and based on the 32-bit PowerPC microprocessor hardware platform. 2. Device specifications  32-bit PowerPC microprocessor  Real-time multi-task operating system and C++ program techniques, realizing online programming  Collecting 12 ways of AC quantities, and the current and voltage should be selected according to actual needs. Or collecting 14 ways of 4~20mA DC quantities for measurement of non-electric quantities, such as temperature, pressure, and realizing online monitoring.  Device can collect 20 way switch quantity, in order to monitor the status of switch quantity in real-time. And through the network device can upload remote signal to the backend in real-time.  Device is equipped with the optional four road electric pulse acquisition function, acquire and count the electric pulse in real-time. And through the network device can upload the electric pulse telemetering value to the backend in real-time.  Device has 20 road outputs, they can be set to 18 remote control quantity to control 9 circuit breaker. The background can through the network to realize the distance control of the field.  Performance calculation. Based on the acquired voltage and current, it can calculate the corresponding power in real-time, including active power, reactive power and power factor. And through the network device can upload the power telemetering value to the background in real-time. It can calculate the power of two lines, and channel can set the current and voltage flexibly that are participated in the power calculation.  Integrating perfect metering functions, having the electric energy quality analysis function  Having the perfect harmonic analysis function, it can be set up to monitor 1 ~ 15 times harmonic data of any two way communication channels.  Having circuit breaker inspect synchronous closing circuit function.  Frequency measuring channels can be set up, the device can be set up to collect the frequency of any two way communication channels.  Double-screen display (LCD display and nixie tube display), easy for inspection -2- User’s manual of MMCU-810Hc integrate protection and monitoring device WLD[K]-JY-320-2015  Excellent hardware interchangeability, easy user maintenance and reduced quantity of spare parts  Using a 6U, 19/3” standard enclosure in a rear plug-in structure; the device can be installed in site on a switchboard or combined in a centralized manner  With industrial ethernet port and standard RS485 multipoint communication port. Supports IEC-60870-5-103(RS485 communication mode)、 IEC-61850-5-104 (Industrial Ethernet communication mode) standard communication protocol and a new generation of substation’s communication standard IEC 61850.  The device is able to receive GPS clock second synchronization or IRIG-B through RS485 differential voltage, and it can be done with monitoring system to accomplish GPS precise clock synchronization or Ethernet-based SNTP synchronization.  Support network printing function, include two ways: real-time print and artificial print.  Support virtual correspondent node remote test, including remote communication to correspondent node, remote measure to correspondent node, event to correspondent node, can online testing, it is convenient for debugger to debug the device on-site. When you are in the mode of remote test, the all protect must be off. 3. Hardware structure 3.1 Disply Under normal operating conditions, it showes measurements of each channel in cycles, the user can according to need to definy the channel. We can monitor all kinds of electric parameters in the "status" menu item in real-time. The last line of screen hints information: IP address, the current time. 3.2 Signal led There are 7 leds on the front panel of device, they means run, communications, trip, alarm, fault, backup, remote. 1) The "run" led is flashing in the normal state. 2) When the device communication is normal, the "communications" led should be flashing. 3) The "trip" led should be flashing in inspecting synchronous state, it means the action of "success of synchronous " or "failure of synchronous ". 4) The "open" led is flashing means that circuit breaker is in break-brake state in inspecting synchronous state. The "close" led is flashing means that circuit breaker is in close-brake state in inspecting synchronous state. 4. After adding the three phase current and three-phase voltage to the device, check the accumulation of active power and reactive power electric degrees. 6.5 Changed quantity test caused by the distortion of input waveform Harmonic component value is superimposed on the fundamental harmonic, to make the measured harmonic content less than 20%. Adjust the distortion waveform amplitude, add harmonic from 2 to 13 times in turn, and change the phase angle between the fundamental wave and harmonic, to make the quantity to get the biggest change. Record the corresponding output value, the permissible error of power frequency current is less than 2 times of level index, the permissible error of power frequency voltage is less than three times of level index, the permissible error of frequency is less than 2 times of level index. To measure the active power and reactive power, it should add distortion current firstly, then repeat adding distortion voltage. The permissible error is less than 3 times of level index. Caution  The appearance should be inspected before power is applied, to ensure that the panel is OK without scratch, the screws are tightened, the device is grounded firmly, all screws of plug-ins are tightened and in good contact.  When power is applied, the “Run” indicator on the panel should flash, nixie tube and LCD display primary differential current in cycle.  The device is measuring circuit of 4~20mA DC signal, when testing, signal should be supplied by special equipment, direct apply signal of relay protection tester is prohibited.  It is prohibited to plug or unplug the plug-ins, in order to avoid damage to the device. 8.
